It’s how you look at it

Do you need constant approval from colleagues at work and from people who are close to you? Did you know when you are able to look at your own mistakes, and not focus on the wrongs of others, you will not need approval from others? It’s not about the other person. It’s about ourselves.

When we focus on where we had been selfish, frightened, self-seeking and dishonest, we are able to do the next right thing. We know what WE need to do to correct things in our current situation. Our frame of reference changes from scrutiny of others to scrutiny of ourselves. How we look at the world determines our actions.
