Don’t take yourself so seriously. Having a sense of humor and the ability to witness yourself, to observe yourself without judging yourself, are two of the highest forms of human intelligence.

Mindfulness is a learned skill, through practice, of observing yourself without judging yourself. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way:  on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.  This increases awareness, clarity and acceptance of our present-moment reality.
